The Homebuilding Association of Richmond (HBAR) has announced the 2018 Major Achievement in Marketing Excellence (MAME) Award winners. The ceremony was held on Friday, March 1, at The Hilton Short Pump and honors the best of the best in the new home construction and remodeling industry. Eagle Construction took home 11 honors between company and individual awards.
Best Social Media for a Company
This award encompasses the best overall social media strategy for all social media platforms and eblasts in regards to concept, creativity, copy, and execution.
Best Special Promotion – The Breakers
Eagle’s Realtor Incentive, a trip to The Breakers resort in Palm Beach, was awarded Best Special Promotion geared towards Brokerage/Agents. Any realtor that sold an Eagle home during a specified time period won a free trip to The Breakers in October of 2018!
Community of the Year – 101-500 Homes – GreenGate
GreenGate was chosen as Community of the Year for a development of 101-500 home sites. This was chosen based on the use of land and environment, architecture, amenities, sales promotions, signage, and landscaping.
Marketing Excellence by Builder – Builds 150+ Homes Annually
Eagle received the honors for Marketing Excellence by a Builder that builds 150+ homes annually. This award recognizes overall marketing efforts for the year in regards to corporate marketing, public relations, sales promotions, advertising, and special events.
