A new-to-Richmond gym brand plans to open in a massive Short Pump mixed-use development that’s already signed on some big-name tenants.

CycleBar, a franchise stationary cycling studio, is in the works for GreenGate, a 75-acre mixed-use project Markel | Eagle Partners is building west of Short Pump Town Center.
